CielChan is developed and published by Elushis Music & Gaming (elushis.com). This Privacy Policy applies to the CielChan website (this site) and the purchase flow for CielChan Plus. It does not apply to the CielChan application itself, which operates entirely offline on your own device.

2. What the CielChan application collects — nothing

The CielChan desktop application is fully local and offline:

• All conversations are stored on your device only.
• All voice processing occurs locally on your machine.
• No usage data, analytics, or telemetry is collected or transmitted.
• No account is required to use the application.
• No connection to external servers is made during normal operation.

We have no access to anything that happens inside the application.

3. What this website collects

When you purchase CielChan Plus through this website, we collect:

• Email address — provided by you during checkout, used to send your download link and for purchase recovery.
• Stripe session data — payment processing is handled by Stripe. We receive confirmation that a payment was completed and a session identifier. We do not store credit card numbers or full payment details.

We do not use cookies for tracking, serve advertisements, or collect any other personal information through this website.

4. How we use your email

Your email address is used only to:

• Deliver your secure CielChan Plus download link after purchase.
• Allow you to recover your download link if needed.
• Send transactional emails related to your purchase (e.g., if access is revoked due to a dispute or refund).

We do not send marketing emails. We do not share your email with third parties for advertising purposes.

5. Third-party payment processing

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Stripe handles all payment data and is subject to its own privacy policy and security certifications (PCI-DSS). We never see or store your full card details. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy.

6. Data retention

We retain your email address and purchase record (Stripe session ID, amount, status) for as long as needed to deliver and support your purchase — for example, to allow download link recovery. You may request deletion of your purchase record by contacting us; however, we may retain minimal records required for legal or accounting obligations.

8. No responsibility for AI outputs

CielChan's AI runs locally on your device using your own hardware. Elushis Music & Gaming has no visibility into, control over, or responsibility for any conversations, outputs, or interactions that occur within the CielChan application. All AI activity is entirely local and at your own discretion.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of this website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
